Mauro Borgotti was born in Verbania in 1964, lives and works in Mergozzo (VB). Painter and graphic designer, always attracted by colors and landscapes, in the 1990s he decided to frequent the ateliers of established impressionist painters, to deepen and perfect the technique. Thanks to them he discovered the magical harmony of work carried out on site, of painting "en plein air". He has exhibited in various group and solo exhibitions in Italy, obtaining excellent feedback from critics. His works appear in public and private collections in Italy and abroad.
I make commissioned paintings with oil technique on canvas or panel. The dimensions vary from a minimum of 50 x 40 cm up to a maximum of 120 x 100 cm. The main subjects covered are: landscape, portraits, figurative scenes.
